Job Title: RN UP - OB Inpt

Location: Illinois

Job Summary: The staff Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver responsible for a group of patients during a designated time frame. The RN provides care using the nursing process, current trends, technology, and available resources within the institution's philosophy. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining patient and employee safety.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum three (3) years of relevant nursing experience
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN)
Illinois state RN License in good standing
BLS (American Heart Association)
NRP (American Heart Association)

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Additional Information:

Performs patient assessments and provides infant care
Administers medications per physician orders
Documents all care in EMR
Completes all unit competencies
