Job Title: RN UP - CPRH Cardiac Med/Surg 2

Job Summary: As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the RN contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process. The RN promotes evidence-based practice, collaborates with the healthcare team, and ensures patient safety and optimal outcomes through effective communication, critical thinking, and technical expertise.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum three (3) years of applicable experience
Fluent in reading, writing, comprehending, and speaking English
Basic computer knowledge (word processing, spreadsheet, email, web browser)
Multicultural sensitivity
Critical thinking skills with independent judgment in decision-making
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN)
Illinois state RN license in good standing
BLS certification (American Heart Association)

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
