Job Summary: The staff Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver responsible for a group of patients during a designated time frame. The RN provides care using the nursing process, current trends, technology, and available resources within the institution's philosophy. Responsibilities include performing unit-specific duties, implementing procedures, maintaining accurate documentation, developing and modifying care plans, ensuring safety, resolving issues, offering feedback, and fulfilling departmental competencies.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum three (3) years of relevant nursing experience
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN)
Illinois state RN License in good standing
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association)

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
