Required: RNs must have one year of inpatient experience minimum in the related department with the trauma level shown below
Required: One year of travel experience is preferred but will consider six months’ travel
Required: All Candidates are expected to Float as needed

Job Title: RN Observation - FS
Location: Oklahoma
Job Summary: Under general supervision, provides nursing care in a hospital to a variety of patients with health problems ranging from simple to complex. Responsibilities include patient care, documentation, assisting physicians, administering medications, monitoring physiological data, and interacting with patients and families regarding care plans and hospital procedures. Delegates tasks to support staff and performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Two (2) years of experience.
- Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques, and procedures.
- Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services and apply nursing techniques.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to respond effectively to cultural and language needs of patients and visitors.
- Some computer skills.
Required Education:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing Board Approved Program.
Required Certifications & Licensure:
- Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC).
- Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association.
- ACLS (American Heart Association).
