Description

Job Title: RN - Cath Lab - Travel

Location: Not specified

Job Summary: The RN in the Cath Lab is responsible for delivering competent and appropriate nursing care across the continuum of care, from Pediatric to Geriatric patients. This includes thorough assessments, accurate documentation, patient education, and ensuring patient satisfaction. The role requires knowledge of emergency equipment, procedures, and adherence to safety protocols, including the National Patient Safety Goals. The RN will also support Pre Admission Testing (PAT) and evaluate orders for appropriateness based on proposed surgery, patient age, and health status.

Required Qualifications:

2 years of critical care experience
RN License
BLS certification
ACLS certification
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Preferred Qualifications:

Associates or Bachelor's Degree
