Job Summary: The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for assisting nursing personnel in providing care to residents within the scope of their certification and training while adhering to regulations. This role requires a full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission, Vision, and Values of HRH. The associate is expected to demonstrate behavior consistent with Core Values and support HRH goals and the quality improvement process.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience as a CNA in an extended care or long-term care (LTC) setting.
• Ability to read and write at a level sufficient to fulfill documentation requirements.
• CNA certification in the state of practice.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least one (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Additional Information:

• Physical demands include lifting objects over 100 lbs. and frequent lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Essential duties include providing ADL care, respecting resident dignity and privacy, maintaining cleanliness of equipment, and adhering to safety protocols.
