Job Summary: The staff Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver responsible for providing care to a designated group of patients. Utilizing the nursing process, current trends, technology, and resources, the RN ensures high-quality care within the institution's philosophy. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation, while maintaining safety and fostering professional development.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum three (3) years of relevant nursing experience
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, comprehension, and speaking)
Basic computer knowledge (word processing, spreadsheets, email, and web browsing)
Multicultural sensitivity
Critical thinking skills and independent judgment
