Description

Job Title: RN-Cath Lab

Location: South Carolina

Job Summary: The RN-Cath Lab is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in the catheterization lab. This includes performing patient assessments, planning and prioritizing care, demonstrating clinical competencies, providing education, addressing ethical issues, collaborating with physicians, and acting as a patient advocate. The role requires adherence to regulatory requirements, patient safety, and quality initiatives to achieve optimal clinical and organizational outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina or holds a current compact/multi-state license as a Registered Nurse in a recognized NCSBN Compact State.
  • Graduate of an accredited school or college of nursing.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider Card.
  • ACLS certification.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • BSN degree.

Additional Information:
  • NRP certification required for WIC service RNs within 6 months of hire and must be maintained.
