Description
Required: RNs must have one year of inpatient experience minimum in the related department with the trauma level shown below
Required: One year of travel experience is preferred but will consider six months’ travel
Required: All Candidates are expected to Float as needed

Job Summary:
Under general supervision, provides nursing care in a hospital to a variety of patients with health problems ranging from simple to complex. The RN assumes responsibility for an assigned group of patients, ensuring high-quality care and effective communication with patients and families.
Required Qualifications:
• 1 year of experience
• Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques, and procedures
• Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to respond effectively to cultural and language needs of patients and visitors
• Basic computer skills
Required Education:
• Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
Preferred Education:
• Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing Board Approved Program
Required Certifications & Licensure:
• Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC)
• Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association
