Job Title: Echo/Vascular Tech

Job Summary:
Prioritizes and schedules exams while coordinating with medical staff, physician offices, other staff, and patients. Prepares for exams by following patient identification processes, educating patients and families on procedures, and transporting patients. Performs ultrasound exams consistent with protocols, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and quality outcomes. Documents exam results accurately, charges for exams and supplies, and maintains equipment and work areas. Supports team initiatives and participates in educational opportunities to enhance clinical competence and skills.

Required Qualifications:
- Successfully completed one vascular or echo registry (adult, pediatric, fetal) pertinent to the department (beyond physics).
- HS diploma or GED.
- ARDMS or CCI certification in cardiac sonography; or ARDMS or CCI certification in vascular sonography.
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (degree will be verified).
