Job Summary:
The staff Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver responsible for a group of patients during a designated time frame. The RN provides care using the nursing process, current trends, technology, and available resources within the institution's philosophy. Responsibilities include performing unit-specific duties, implementing procedures and theories, maintaining accurate documentation, developing and modifying care plans, ensuring patient and employee safety, and fostering professional development.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum one (1) year of relevant nursing experience.
