Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) performs under the direct supervision of the Patient Care Coordinator and is assigned tasks to ensure quality patient care. The RN implements the nursing process in an organized, systematic manner, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, in collaboration with the Patient Care Coordinator, Physicians, and ancillary staff. Responsibilities include thorough documentation, bedside shift reports, and effective communication with the healthcare team. The RN is accountable to the Nurse Manager and adheres to the organization's values, promoting a culture of caring and financial responsibility.

Required Qualifications:
• Two years of experience in Med-Surg Tele RN
• Graduate of a recognized and accredited Registered Nurse program
• Licensed RN able to practice in the State of MS
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• NIH Stroke Scale certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Additional Information:
• Demonstrates technical skills for patient care, including administering medications, starting IVs, and performing complex treatments.
• Proficient in using and troubleshooting medical equipment such as telemetry monitors, wound vacuum systems, and specialty beds.
• Ensures patient safety and comfort through proper positioning and use of assistive devices.
• Maintains clinical skills and certifications relevant to the nursing area.
