- In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, must meet alternate route requirements for education and training as set forth by ASCP, NCA, or AMT.
- Capability to operate laboratory instrumentation.
- Ability to perform patient phlebotomy.
- Superior work knowledge and organizational skills.
- Strict confidentiality of work-related information.
