Job Title: Employee Health Support RN Location: California Job Summary: Assists with the care and management of employee health, focusing primarily on supporting Employee Health clinics, including flu and respiratory fit testing. Provides backup support to Employee Health RN Coordinators for tasks such as new hire medical clearance reviews, work injuries, exposures, return-to-work evaluations, fitness for duty assessments, organizational requirements, and wellness initiatives. Promotes health services that align with established medical standards, OSHA regulations, and organizational policies. Participates in performance improvement activities and actively contributes to assigned committees or projects. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing school or college. • Active, unrestricted California RN license in good standing throughout employment. • AHA or equivalent Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. • Three years of professional-level experience in clinical nursing. Preferred Qualifications: • Certification in Occupational Health nursing. • One year of experience in Employee and Occupational Health nursing. • One year of case management experience. • Knowledge of Worker's Compensation regulations and claims. • Clinical skills, including administering injections and documenting results in computer systems. Additional Information: On-the-job training will be provided for specified software.
