Job Title: RN- CMH Cardiovascular Invasive

Job Summary:

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the RN contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process. The RN promotes evidence-based practices, assesses patient status, develops individualized care plans, implements interventions, evaluates progress, and modifies care plans as needed. The role involves professional accountability, technical expertise, collaboration with the healthcare team, and patient advocacy to ensure optimal outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum three (3) years of applicable experience.
• Fluent in English (writing, reading, comprehension, and speaking).
• Basic computer knowledge (word processing, spreadsheet, email, and web browser).
• Multicultural sensitivity.
• Critical thinking skills using independent judgment in decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSN.

Required Certifications & Licensure:

• Illinois state RN license in good standing.
• BLS (American Heart Association).
• ACLS (American Heart Association).
