Description

Job Title: Rad Tech - CMH Radiology

Job Summary:
The Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic general radiological procedures utilizing various imaging equipment to assist in the diagnosis of diseases and injuries. Responsibilities include acquiring and processing patient exams, reviewing cases with radiologists, administering contrast materials, ensuring patient safety, maintaining imaging equipment, and assisting in the instruction of students and new staff.

Required Qualifications:

Positive attitude and demonstrated willingness to assess and improve the work environment.
Ability to perform multiple tasks while coordinating patient flow and a variety of technical procedures requiring independent judgment and initiative.
Associate's Degree in a related field or Certificate in Radiologic Technology.
BLS (American Heart Association).
IEMA Radiography License Illinois.
Radiography (R)(ARRT).
