Job Title: RN-Critical Care/ED FloatLocation: Richmond, KYContract Length: 13 WeeksJob Summary:The Critical Care and/or Emergency Float Pool RN is responsible for providing flexible nursing support across multiple clinical settings, including ICU, ED, Medical-Surgical/Telemetry, Transitional Care, and Observation units. Float assignments are determined on a shift-by-shift basis by the Clinical House Supervisor based on hospital capacity and operational demands. This role requires delivering safe, high-quality patient care while demonstrating clinical competence, strong critical-thinking skills, and adaptability in a dynamic healthcare environment.Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.</li><li>BLS certification.</li><li>ADN or ASN degree.</li><li>Ability to assess age-specific patient safety issues and implement appropriate safety devices.</li><li>Effective communication and collaboration skills with care team members.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>BSN degree.</li><li>Previous nursing experience.</li></ul>
