Occupational Therapist

Job Summary
The Occupational Therapist provides direct patient services, including identifying, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients. Indirect services include consulting, advising, teaching, and training patients and their caregivers.

Required Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy obtained from an accredited program (verified).
Current license in the State of practice.
Occupational Therapist License.
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Occupational Therapist through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).

Additional Information

Physical requirements include hearing/listening, lifting, manual dexterity, pulling/pushing, seeing, sitting, speaking, squatting/kneeling, standing, and walking.
