The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) provides individualized, age-specific, and holistic care to patients and their families. Utilizing the nursing process, the RN ensures safe, therapeutic, and efficient care while promoting quality outcomes. The RN collaborates with other healthcare professionals and resources to manage complex or high-risk clinical situations and serves as an advocate for patients and families to ensure excellent and satisfying care.

Required Qualifications:
• Active California RN license
• CPR certification
• NIH certification
• At least three years of recent experience working in an RN role
• At least two years of recent experience in a specialty area
• BSN or ADN
