Job Summary:
Works under the supervision of the Rehab Supervisor and Manager of Rehabilitation Services. Provides Occupational Therapy interventions to patients per referral, including assessment, care planning, educating patients and families regarding treatment plans, progress and prognosis, scheduling, recording treatment information, and issuing appropriate adaptive equipment. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the unit. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- California Occupational Therapy license.
- Current BLS/Healthcare Provider status as per American Heart Association standards.
- Minimum of 3 years of Occupational Therapy experience.
- At least 1 year of NICU experience.
