Job Title: RN- PG Adult Behavioral Health

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse performs under the direct supervision of the Patient Care Coordinator and is delegated an assignment to achieve quality patient care. The RN implements the nursing process in an organized, systematic manner, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation in collaboration with the Patient Care Coordinator, Physicians, and ancillary staff. Responsibilities include thorough documentation, bedside shift reports, and effective communication with the healthcare team. The RN is accountable for patient care and adheres to organizational values, promoting a culture of caring and financial responsibility.

Required Qualifications:

• Two years of experience as a Med Surg Tele RN or Psych RN
• Graduate of a recognized and accredited Registered Nurse program
• Licensed RN able to practice in the State of MS
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
