Job Title: RN- FG MED-SURG/TELE
Location: State of MS
Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse performs under the direct supervision of the Patient Care Coordinator and is delegated assignments to achieve quality patient care. Responsibilities include implementing the nursing process in an organized, systematic manner, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation in collaboration with the Patient Care Coordinator, Physicians, and ancillary staff. The RN is accountable for patient care and documentation, ensuring thorough, concise, and timely communication. Additional duties may be assigned by the Patient Care Coordinator or Nurse Manager.
Required Qualifications:
- Two years of experience as a Med Surg Tele RN
- Graduate of a recognized and accredited Registered Nurse program
- Licensed RN able to practice in the State of MS
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- NIH Stroke Scale certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
