Job Summary:

The RN - Med/Surg - Travel position involves delivering patient care across the continuum from Pediatric to Geriatric populations. The role requires thorough assessments, competent clinical skills, accurate documentation, and a commitment to professionalism and patient satisfaction. The RN will ensure safety protocols are followed, provide individualized care for surgical patients, and contribute to the perioperative team by prioritizing patient needs. Responsibilities also include patient education, pre-operative and post-operative assessments, and supporting Pre Admission Testing (PAT) processes.

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in a relevant nursing role.
• Current RN License.
• BLS Certification.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
