Job Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) in the ICU Float Pool provides individualized, age-specific, and culturally appropriate care to patients and families. Utilizing the nursing process, the RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates therapeutic care to achieve patient and family goals. The role involves collaboration with healthcare team members, advocacy for patients and families, and ensuring quality outcomes through safe and efficient care practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Active CA RN license
• Certifications: CPR, ACLS, NIH
• At least three years of recent RN experience
• At least two years of recent RN experience in a specialty area

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in ICU or CV Float Pool settings
