Job Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) in the ICU CV Float Pool provides direct and indirect safe, therapeutic care for an assigned group of patients. Care is individualized and age-specific, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. The RN collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure quality outcomes and acts as a patient advocate to promote excellent and satisfying care.

Required Qualifications:

• Active California RN license
• Certifications: CPR, ACLS, NIH
• At least three years of recent RN experience
• At least two years of recent RN experience in a specialty area

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in ICU or CV Float Pool settings
