Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg CWR Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. This includes planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care based on patient needs. The RN identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Responsibilities include developing and coordinating individualized care plans, performing therapeutic nursing interventions, managing patient care, and advocating for evidence-based practices. The RN provides patient-centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice models. Required Qualifications  <ul><li>Minimum 2 years of recent, strong Med-Surg experience.</li><li>ASN degree.</li><li>NIHSS certification.</li><li>BLS-AHA certification.</li><li>CEU Contact Stroke 4 Hours certification.</li><li>NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications  <ul><li>BSN degree.</li></ul> Required Skills  <ul><li>General Medical Surgical Nursing.</li><li>Vent/Trach Care.</li><li>Perinatal Dialysis.</li><li>Telemetry.</li><li>Epic EMR proficiency.</li></ul>
