Job Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) provides individualized, holistic care to patients and their families, progressing them toward self-identified goals. Utilizing the nursing process, the RN performs assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure safe, therapeutic, and efficient care. The RN promotes quality outcomes, collaborates with resources for complex or high-risk situations, and serves as an advocate for patients and families to ensure excellent and satisfying care.

Required Qualifications:

Active California RN license
CPR certification
NIH certification
At least three years of recent experience working in an RN role
At least two years of recent experience in a specialty area
BSN or ADN required
