Job Title: RN- Progressive Care/Telemetry - Registry

Location: New Jersey

Job Summary: The RN in Progressive Care/Telemetry is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients based on their developmental, biophysical, psychosocial, and environmental needs. This includes collecting health history data, completing admission assessments, creating individualized care plans, and updating them as patient conditions change. The RN will coordinate patient care using an interdisciplinary approach, perform patient care activities based on priorities, and ensure accurate documentation of interventions, medications, treatments, and education. The role also involves initiating and coordinating patient teaching, discharge planning, and managing telemetry monitoring and cardiac protocols.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid NJ RN License
• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• Basic dysrhythmia experience
• 1-2 years of experience in Cardiac/Telemetry
• 1-2 years of experience in Acute Care

Preferred Qualifications:

• PCCN Certification
• BSN Degree or enrollment in a BSN program
