Job Title: Mammography Technician

Job Summary: The Mammography Technician will perform routine screening and diagnostic mammography procedures while ensuring high-quality imaging and patient care. Responsibilities include demonstrating competency in mammography positioning, compression, and technique factors, evaluating images for technical acceptability, and ensuring timely transmission to PACS. The technician will also ensure all radiographic images are appropriately labeled as per department SOPs, complete studies in IDX, and accurately record patient tracking information in the tracking system. The role requires working effectively and efficiently in a professional healthcare environment.

Required Qualifications:

New York State License of Diagnostic Radiography
Registered with ARRT
Maintain MQSA requirements
