Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - ED CWR

Job Summary:
Our Emergency Department (ED) Registered Nurses (RNs) are critical in providing specialized and innovative care to patients during emergencies. ED RNs must be prepared to handle a variety of trauma situations requiring quick and decisive actions. They are responsible for assessing incoming patients with physical and mental health conditions, prioritizing injuries, and formulating effective care plans. This role demands strong clinical knowledge, analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 18 months of nursing experience in an ED environment.
• ED experience within the past six months.
• Demonstrated level of performance and practice.
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans.
• Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
• Effective communication skills with patients, families, and hospital personnel.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficient in emergency medicine.

Required Certifications & Licensure:
• NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
• BLS-AHA.
• ACLS.
• Telemetry.
• PALS.
• NIHSS.
• CEU Contact Stroke 4 Hours.
