Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - ED CWR Job Summary: Our Emergency Department (ED) RNs are critical in providing specialized and innovative care to patients during emergencies. They must be prepared to handle a variety of trauma situations for patients of all ages, requiring quick and decisive actions. Ideal candidates will possess the ability to assess incoming patients with both physical and mental health conditions, prioritize their injuries and medical needs, and deliver effective nursing care. Required Qualifications: • Minimum 18 months of nursing experience in an ED environment. • ED experience within the past six months. • Demonstrated level of performance and practice. • Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans. • Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. • Effective communication skills with patients, families, and hospital personnel. Preferred Qualifications: • ASN required; BSN preferred. Required Certifications &amp; Licensure: • NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license. • BLS-AHA. • ACLS. • Telemetry. • PALS. • NIHSS. • CEU Contact Stroke 4 Hours.
