Job Summary:

Required Qualifications:
- Two (2) years of Med/Surg or clinic experience.
- Proficiency in IV insertion and phlebotomy.
- Associates Degree (ASN, ADN) from an accredited Nursing Program.
- New York State RN License.
- Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS Department of Education (NYSED).
- AHA BLS certification.
- AHA ACLS certification (Queens only).
