Job Title: Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse
Location: Cleveland, OH 44195
Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) - Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) (rotating shifts)
Duration: 3 Months
Position Summary
The Med/Surg Telemetry RN provides direct patient care to adult patients requiring cardiac monitoring and medical-surgical intervention. The RN is responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting.
This is a night shift role requiring recent and permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience prior to travel assignments.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor telemetry equipment and document clinical findings accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
• Provide patient and family education
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Must have 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience PRIOR to travel
• Active Ohio RN License OR Compact RN License
• AHA BLS certification (required)
• AHA ACLS certification (required)
• Must be willing to obtain NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification prior to start
• One recent reference required from:
