Pay Breakdown:
• Hourly: $49.00/hr Taxed ($1,960.00/wk Taxed) +
• Per Diem Eligibility: $1,246.00/wk =
• $3,206.00/wk Gross Eligibility

Unit Notes
• Primary modality - CT/ X-ray
• Required CT/Xray call
• Call is for CT and Xray only, starting at 1900 to 0700 M-Th; 1700 to 0700 on Fridays to the following Monday (weekend)
• Guaranteed 40hr 5x8 hour shifts
• Monday-Friday 8am-1700 / no holidays
• No weekends
•Charting System: TruBridge - Evident
•Critical Access Hospital
•Equipment: Seimens CT, Hologic GE for Xray
