• Successful completion of an accredited practical nurse program Required

Work Experience

• No experience required Required

Licenses and Certifications

• LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - State Licensure Current License in the State of Georgia as a LPN or NLC/eNLC Multistate License Required and
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Required
