Leidos-QTC Medical Group is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse to join our Occupational Health team in Northern VA supporting an Intelligence Agency customer.
Candidates must possess or be able to obtain TS/SCI with poly.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist medical staff in processing for transactional tasks to include, but not limited to, screenings, vaccinations/immunizations and patient triage.
- Administer various medical tests as required
- PFT
- Audiology
- Vision
- Vital Signs
- Some duties may include medical transcriptions
- Maintain patient records through electronic medical record documentation
- Work independently as needed to achieve day-to-day objectives
- Coordinate with other medical staff as needed and communicate with internal and customer team members
Competencies:
- Familiarity with working in Occupational Health setting
- Ability to read, write, and analyze/evaluate medical charts
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Detail-Oriented
Required Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Active Registered Nurse License to work in Virginia or compact license state
- 5 years of clinical experience
- Passing the NCLEX-RN (National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses)
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Must have experience working in Occupational Health setting
- Must be US Citizen
