Description
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, position scheduled to work Monday through Friday, with core hours between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Applicants hired into this position will work hybrid coming onsite regularly at various UW Health locations. Hours and hybrid work may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Director Radiology Services – Xray, Breast Imaging, IR who:
- Is an operational imaging leader with deep experience in X-ray (IP/OP), IR and Breast Imaging
- Has a proven track record in process improvement, access optimization, and efficiency gains in a complex, matrixed health system
- Can challenge the status quo, lead by example and build leader capability
- Is skilled in capital planning, operating budgets and business planning for new initiatives and equipment
- Has experience in contract review and renegotiation
- Is a visible leader to drive engagement, standardize operations and accelerate results

- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject area such as Business Administration, Health Care Management, Nursing or related field Required
- Master's Degree or progress towards a master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field Preferred
- Three to five years relevant experience in the management of ambulatory services, Radiology services and/or programs Required
- Has held administrative position in a large academic or complex health program that included Radiology and Nuclear Medicine services Preferred
- Experience in financial and programmatic presentations Required
- Certification by an appropriate Radiology/Medical Imaging body through American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Preferred
- Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB)Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA) Preferred
