Description
90% FTE, 8 hour shifts scheduled Monday - Friday between the hours of 6:30am - 3:00pm. On-call responsibilities and a weekend rotation. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will be working at East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking an RN Care Team Leader (CTL) to:
Be a front-line nursing leader with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Assess unit needs and ensure adequate resources for current and upcoming shifts, collaborate with other departments (both clinical and non-clinical), and coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges in a timely manner.

Baccalaureate degree in nursing or ADN and achievement of BS in nursing within 5 years of hire Required
Baccalaureate degree in nursing Preferred
2 years relevant nursing experience Required
3 years relevant nursing experience Preferred
Registration as a professional nurse in the State of Wisconsin Required
CPR certification Required
National certification in relevant specialty Preferred
