We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Navigator to:
Work in collaboration with numerous multidisciplinary teams to help navigate patients and families through Pulmonary care.
Be a conduit of information between inpatient and outpatient services and pre- and post-surgical care for patients and families.
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Work closely with Pulmonary providers, carry out coordinated plan of care for patients, and be highly organized and great at multi-tasking.

- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
- Master's Degree in Nursing, Social Work, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field Preferred
- 3 years of relevant clinical nursing experience Required
- 1 year of relevant experience in the specific patient population being supported Preferred
- Registered Nurse license in the state of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
- Basic Life Support/CPR Upon Hire Required
