Position Overview

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide school-based behavioral support for the remainder of the academic year. This is an in-person assignment supporting students, staff, and school-based teams in implementing effective behavioral interventions and services.

The BCBA will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and existing agency partners to ensure continuity of care and positive student outcomes.

Pay & Compensation

Local BCBA Option

• Hourly Rate: $85/hour
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $3,400

Travel BCBA Option

• Hourly Rate: $48/hour
• Weekly Pay Package: Up to $3,859
  • Housing Stipend: $1,337/week
  • Meals Stipend: $602/week
