Description
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides consultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations, develops and implements Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programmatic therapeutic services, and develops behavior intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral deficits. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst acts as a program supervisor who educates, observes, assesses, and supervises behavioral service delivery.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field
- Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services
- Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Role Summary
This position supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in a small, highly structured residential setting.
The role is consultative and supervisory, with limited direct 1:1 therapy. Responsibilities include:
- Behavioral program development
- Staff training and supervision
- Documentation and regulatory compliance
Minimum Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of active BCBA experience (required)
- Experience supporting adults with IDD and challenging behaviors
- Strong communication, training, and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment

Compensation
Travel BCBA
- Hourly Rate: $60.00
- Overtime: 1.5x
- Weekly Pay Package: $3,646
- Meals Stipend: $476
- Housing Stipend: $770
Local BCBA
- Hourly Rate: $85.00
- Overtime: 1.5x
- Weekly Pay Package: $3,400
