Position Overview

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – ES provides behavioral consultation, training, and support within the school setting. This role includes conducting behavioral assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and supporting students with academic and behavioral challenges. The BCBA serves as a clinical educator, offering guidance, observation, assessment, and supervision to ensure effective delivery of behavioral services in educational environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral evaluations and functional behavior assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
• Provide consultation and training to school staff and caregivers
• Observe, assess, and supervise behavioral and educational services
• Support students with academic and behavioral skill development
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams

Minimum Qualifications

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience providing behavior analytic services in school settings (preferred)
• Minimum of one (1) year of pediatric experience (preferred)
• Compliance with all professional standards of practice
• Current CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB clearance (questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray, as required)
• Current health certificate per state or contract requirements
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Compensation

Travel Assignment

• Hourly Rate: $42
• Meals Stipend: $602/week
• Housing Stipend: $1,337/week
• Weekly Pay Package: $3,619

Local Assignment

• Hourly Rate: $80
• Weekly Pay: $3,200
