We’re seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for a full-time assignment in San Rafael, CA. This role is based in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and is ideal for a COTA who is confident working with a diverse patient population in a structured rehab environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5×8s
Start Time: Flexible start between 7:00?AM – 9:00?AM
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: June 29

Pay Options

Local

• $50 per hour

Travel

• Total Weekly Pay: $2,310
  • Hourly: $840/week
  • Housing Allowance: $826/week
  • Meal Allowance: $644/week

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) – Required
• Minimum 5 years of COTA experience preferred
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered at a lower rate
• SNF experience strongly preferred
• Strong documentation and patient-care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a rehab team

Additional Requirements

• Must meet all federal, state, and facility requirements
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age
