Amergis Healthcare Services is actively looking for a Cytotechnologist who would be interested in a 13-Week, Full-Time Contract at a Healthcare Facility in Lockport, IL. Additional details of the contract position are below:

Position Title: Cytotechnologist

Location: Lockport, IL.

Pay Rate (Local): $78/hr.

Total Travel Package:  $3,316 / week (Gross)

*Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for the travel package*

·        Taxable wages: $2,000.00

·        Weekly lodging allowance: $798.00

·        Weekly meals / incidentals: $518.00

o   Estimated weekly take home after taxes: $2,816.00 (Net)

Schedule:

• Mon – Fri 7am – 3:30pm
• 40 hr/wk

Duration: 13 weeks (Likely extension or temp to Perm)

Requirements:

·       CT through ASCP

·       Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, allied health technologies or science

·       Must have a degree in Chemical, Physical, or Biological Science or Medical Laboratory Science from an accredited institution in accordance with CLIA.

·       2+ years of experience in Cytology

·       2+ years of laboratory experience

       Recent Experience screening Non-Gyn

·       COVID-19/Flu vaccinated
