Description
Amergis Healthcare Services is actively looking for a Cytotechnologist who would be interested in a 13-Week, Full-Time Contract at a Healthcare Facility in Lockport, IL. Additional details of the contract position are below:
Position Title: Cytotechnologist
Location: Lockport, IL
Pay Rate (Local): $78/hr
*Total Travel Package = Up to $3,116/wk
- Taxable Wage = $1800
- Weekly Lodging Allowance = $798/wk
- Weekly Meal = $518/wk
*Based upon qualifying for position and allowances. Total package is inclusive of taxable wages and allowances.
Schedule:
- Mon – Fri 7am – 3:30pm
- 40 hr/wk
Duration: 13 weeks (Likely extension or temp to perm)
Requirements:
- CT through ASCP
- Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, allied
- health technologies or science
- Must have a degree in Chemical, Physical, or Biological Science or Medical Laboratory Science from an accredited institution in accordance with CLIA.
- 2+ years of experience in Cytology
- 2+ years of laboratory experience
- Recent Experience screening Non-Gyn
- COVID-19/Flu vaccinated
