Seeking a Physical Therapist for an Outpatient/Inpatient Float role in a Critical Access Hospital setting. The therapist will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and provide care across multiple rehabilitation environments.

• Active PT License
• BLS Certification
• 1+ year inpatient experience
• 1+ year outpatient experience
