Job Description

A community-focused healthcare organization in Show Low, Arizona is hiring a Radiation Therapist for a permanent, full-time role within its Radiation Oncology program. This position is responsible for accurately administering external beam radiation therapy according to physician prescriptions while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and patient-centered care. 

Position Overview

• Permanent, full-time role

• Pinnacle treatment planning

Shift Details

• Monday-Thursday: 7a-5p, Friday: 8a-12p
• Full-time
• 40 hours per week 

Compensation & Incentives

• Pay range: $34.00 – $52.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Eligible for up to $10,000 sign-on bonus
• Relocation assistance available up to $5,000
• Complete benefits package available

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately administer external beam radiation therapy per physician prescription
• Perform daily startup procedures for the linear accelerator and simulator
• Consistently complete morning QA and document results
• Report QA deviations ≥5% to the Director or Physicist
• Perform conventional and CT simulations in a reproducible manner
• Fabricate immobilization devices, compensators, and custom blocking
• Prepare and position patients according to simulation documentation
• Etc.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Radiation Therapist
• ARRT for Radiation Therapy
• Current State of AZ CTT Radiation Therapist certification
• BLS (AHA)
