Long-Term Care Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Opportunity – Mandan, North Dakota
Direct Hire | Full-Time | Evening Shift
A patient-centered long-term care facility in Mandan, North Dakota is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a permanent, full-time role. This position offers consistent 8-hour evening shifts, strong hourly compensation, and the opportunity to provide meaningful, hands-on care in a supportive long-term care environment. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is included.

Compensation & Incentives
· Hourly pay range: $19 – $25 per hour (based on experience)
· $5,000 sign-on bonus

Key Responsibilities
· Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
· Support mobility, hygiene, feeding, and comfort needs
· Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
· Provide compassionate, person-centered care
· Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
· Accurately document care in PointClickCare
Requirements
· Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (Required)
· BLS Certification (Required)
· Minimum 1 year of CNA experience (Required)
