Emergency Room RN – Yuma, Arizona
Full-time, Permanent | Night Shift (1845–0715) | Level III Trauma

Pay & Schedule
Hourly: $39.93 – $51.91 – $63.89 (min–mid–max)
Annual (36 hrs/week): $74,748 – $97,175 – $119,770
Night Shift: 1845–0715, 12 hours
36 hours/week with rotating weekends & holidays
Unit Snapshot
• Level III Trauma Center (STEMI & Stroke receiving; transfers out for intervention)
• 52 beds + 4 trauma bays
• 6 Fast Track beds
• 200+ patients/day
• Ratios: 1:5 medical | 1:6 Fast Track
• Dedicated ED Techs, PCAs, RT, monitor techs, and 24/7 security
• On-site CT & X-ray located in ED
• Float may occur to Foothills freestanding ED (15 minutes)
Requirements
• Active AZ or Compact RN license
• 2+ years ER experience, including Level I or II trauma within the last 2–3 years
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS
• EPIC EMR experience
• Ability to manage multiple high-acuity patients in a rapidly changing environment
Preferred
• TNCC
• High-volume trauma exposure (GSWs, stabbings, multisystem trauma)
