Radiation Therapist Opportunities – Yuma, Arizona
Full-time permanent position | Day shift
We’re hiring a full-time Radiation Therapist to join a collaborative Cancer Center team in Yuma, AZ. This is a permanent, benefits-eligible role offering competitive wages, strong onboarding, and the chance to advance your skills on Varian/Aria within a Level II Trauma facility.
Radiation Therapist
Provide patient-centered radiation oncology care including:
• Deliver prescribed ionizing radiation treatments under direction of the Radiation Oncologist
• Operate Varian treatment equipment and Aria software with EPIC documentation
• Monitor patient responses, report unusual reactions, and ensure treatment accuracy
• Maintain precise records for dose, equipment settings, and patient interactions
• Uphold radiation safety standards and compliance for patients and staff
$40.82 – $51.03+ per hour DOE
Hourly Range: $40.82 (min) – $51.03 (mid) – $61.23 (max)
Annual Equivalent (40 hrs/week): $84,905 – $106,142 (mid) – $127,358
Day shift, 8-hour shifts (40 hrs/week; varied 7a–5p start times)
Acute care, Level II Trauma Center | Cancer Center
Required:
• ARRT (T) Radiation Therapist certification
• BLS (AHA)
• Active AZ license (or compact-eligible)
• 2+ years of radiation therapy experience
• Experience with EPIC EMR and Varian/Aria
Preferred:
• ARRT (R) Radiologic Technologist certification
• Additional oncology or advanced therapy training
